This site is maintained by one person alongside other work. Replies usually take a few business days, and occasionally longer. Corrections to the arithmetic or to how a method is described get priority over feature requests.

Useful things to include

• The page you were on and the exact values you entered, if you are reporting a wrong result.
• Which method you were reading — the epigenetic clock estimate or the veterinary rule of thumb.
• A source, if you are suggesting a factual correction.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer questions about your dog's health, symptoms, medication or treatment. Nobody here is a veterinarian, and an email cannot examine your dog. For anything health-related, contact your veterinary practice — and for an emergency, contact an emergency clinic immediately rather than waiting for a reply.
